In the journey toward a harmonious society, corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become increasingly vital. At WAM, we integrate CSR into our corporate culture and daily operations, demonstrating our deep commitment to social well-being through multi-dimensional initiatives. Our active participation in public welfare activities stands as a vivid testament to this dedication.

On the morning of May 11, Mr. YU-CHIN YANG, Chairman of WAM, represented the company at the “Fragrant Blooms, Warm Hearts” Mother’s Day flower-giving event for seniors, organized by the Jiading Chapter of the Shanghai Taiwanese Business Association. At the event, Mr. YANG personally presented carefully crafted flower bouquets to elderly residents, embodying the traditional virtue of “honoring the elderly in our community as we honor our own families.” WAM also donated funds to local senior care facilities, providing tangible support to enhance the quality of life for these cherished members of society.

This elderly care initiative is just one example of WAM’s ongoing commitment to social responsibility. For years, WAM has prioritized sustainable development as a core strategy. By actively exploring new materials, advancing recyclable technologies, and promoting low-carbon production models, we continuously reduce the environmental impact of our products throughout their lifecycle. In 2024, WAM was awarded the EcoVadis Certification, a powerful testament to our ability to translate social responsibility principles into concrete actions.

Following the event, Mr. YANG joined over 40 Taiwanese entrepreneurs at the “30 Years of Legacy, Forging Ahead Together” forum, commemorating three decades of Taiwanese business contributions in Shanghai. Guided by our mission to “connect across the strait and create shared value,” WAM continues to drive regional economic growth through technological innovation and strategic industry partnerships.
